Nutritional Holdings endorses the Code of Corporate Practices and Conduct as contained in South Africa’s King 111 report. The Group believes that its governance practices are sound and that the Group conforms to the principles embodied within Chapter 2 of the King 111 Report(King 111) on Corporate Governance and the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited (JSE).
