Thabo Mokgatlha CA(SA) (Chief Executive Officer) (40)

Mr Mokgatlha is a registered Chartered Accountant. He served his articles at Coopers and Lybrand (now PWC) from 1995 to 1997. He spent his last six months of articles as a senior lecturer(Accounting and taxation)at the UNW. AT the beginning of 1998 he was appointed on a full-time basis as a senior lecturer at the UNW and also joined Mokua and Associates CA(SA) consulting for the North West Provincial Government and the Office of the Auditor General in the North West during his lecturing years.
In March 2002 Thabo joined the Royal Bafokeng Administration (RBA) as Finance Manager and was employed by the RBA Group until December 2011. He served in numerous positions in the RBA Group including the positions of Finance Manager of Royal Bafokeng Resources, Head of Treasury in office of Kgosi, Acting CEO of RBA and Royal Bafokeng Enterprise Development.

Rob Etchells (Group Financial Director and Chief Operating Officer)(47)

Mr. Etchells holds a B.Compt(Hons) Degree with CTA and served his articles of clerkship with Deloitte Haskins and Sells CA(SA). He completed a Post Graduate Programme for Management Development at the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business. With 20 years experience in both financial and general management, Mr. Etchells has overseen the turnaround of various businesses and is a reputable entrepreneur with a ‘hands-on’ management approach. Mr Etchells previously served as the Chief Exexcutive Officer of the Group until the appointment of Thabo Mokgatlha as CEO on 1 January 2015.

Mr Wambach has completed a number of courses in the medical field. Glen has spent his entire working career in the medical and pharmaceutical industry, and is currently employed with a leading Medical Aid administrator.

Mr PinfoldĀ has vast trading experience within the African continent as well as Asia. Tony has been involved in the motor industry for over 35 years and is currently the Chairman of GWM South Africa.

Treve Hendry (Independent non-executive director) CA(SA) (48)
Mr Hendry is a registered Chartered Accountant-CA(SA). Treve is the Chief Executive Officer of Argent Industries Limited, a group of 36 companies listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange main board. He has over 20 years experience senior executive management of JSE listed entities.

Dr Constantinous Kapnias (Independent non-executive director)MBChB(UCT), BLS, ATLS (48)
Dr Kapnias is a medical doctor who has been in private practice since 1993. In 2006 Dr Kapnias shifted his attention to the wellness and nutraceutical industry, having owned various companies in the preventative medicine market. He has been involved in sports performance and sports injury rehabilitation and has worked with various international athletes and sports teams over the years. Dr Kapnias had been involved in HIV research for a number of years, having collaborated with Prof Richard Bunn from the Medical Research Council of South Africa.
